Ticketing and Booking Information
Individual concert tickets and tickets to the Gala Dinner are sale from Monday 2nd October.
Festival VIP Pass – SOLD OUT
This pass provides an allocated premium seat to all Festival concerts and includes our two special “Up Country” events with transport and lunch provided as well as access to our VIP lounge during evening concert intervals and invitation to other special one-off Festival functions.
Please note – The Festival VIP Pass excludes the Gala Dinner which is sold seperately.
The cost of the Festival VIP Pass is $1350 plus service/booking fees.
Concert Lovers Pass – No longer available
This pass provides an allocated seat based on best available for all concerts but excludes the “Up Country” events and lounge access.
The cost of the Concert Lovers Pass is $1080 plus service/booking fees.
There are three ways to purchase Festival Passes:
- Book online at www.ncma.co.nz
- Phone the Booking Office at Nelson Centre of Musical Arts on +64 3 548 9477
- In person at the Booking Office at NCMA at 48 Nile Street, Nelson.
- The Booking Office is open weekdays between 10am and 4pm. Online booking is available all day every day.
Booking and service fees will apply to passes however we have kept these as low as possible for patrons. Credit cards will incur a 3% fee on purchase total.
Passes will be available for collection at the NCMA on the opening night of the Festival.
Please note that sales for Festival Passes close at 5pm on Friday 29th September 2023. Note too, that there are limited VIP Passes available and we expect these to sell out within 24 hours of going on sale.
Seats will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis based on our opinion of what are the best seats available. Should you have a specific seat request (wheelchair or aisle seat), please call the NCMA to make your booking and explain your requirements.
With all bookings, we require your email address so we can communicate your seat allocations and discuss how you wish to access your ticket/s.
