A Tantalising Taste of What’s to Come

Adam Chamber Music Festival, Nelson

Join us on Tuesday 11th February at 7.30pm for a tantalising taste of what’s to come in the 2015 Adam Chamber Music Festival.

We’re now in a position to announce our international artists for the next festival, so it’s time to celebrate with our ‘Sampler’ evening at Nelson’s picturesque Boathouse.

You’ll be greeted with a glass of bubbly and some nibbles before being invited to enjoy an informal concert by the New Zealand String Quartet. Following an interval and a selection of sweet treats, our Artistic Directors Helene Pohl and Gillian Ansell will announce our international guests for next year and then continue with wonderful music making.

The programme will include:

Mozart K 157 “Allegro”
Turina “Oration of the Bullfighter”
Schubert “Scherzo” from E Flat Quartet
Puccini “Chrysanthemums”
Shostakovich “Polka”
Brahms Quartet opus 51 #2 in A minor

Tickets, which are $60, are limited in number and are available from Janet at Stallard Law, Buxton Carpark, Nelson, or by emailing [email protected] or phoning (03) 546 8670.

We do hope you will join us for this delightful soirée.
