Festival VIP Pass

For the most dedicated chamber music enthusiast we’re again offering a Festival Pass which will give premium seat entry to all festival events (except the Gala Dinner).

In addition to enjoying the best seats in the house, Festival Pass holders will enjoy two very special complimentary and exclusive events.

The first will be a trip to the wonderful Nelson Lakes National Park to hear Matthew Barley perform in the delightful Lake Rotoiti Chapel against a background of bush and mountains, followed by lunch at the Alpine Lodge.

The second will be an exploration of The Moutere wine growing area which will include a recital by the Goldner Quartet and James Campbell in the historic Waimea West Church, followed by a picnic lunch at the award winning Neudorf Winery.

Festival pass holders gain entry to the Festival Conversations events, meet the artist sessions, masterclasses and will receive invitations to exclusive VIP events.

The Festival Pass is available for $895. Festival Pass sales close on 30th September and are restricted to 80 tickets.

Please note the Nelson Lakes and Moutere 'Up Close' concerts are not available as individual ticket purchases.

Concert Lovers' Pass

The Concert Lovers’ Pass provides premium seat access to all city concerts in the Festival as well as the Festival Conversation events, Meet the Artist Sessions and Masterclasses.

Enjoy our wonderful international guests and the crème of New Zealand classical music talent in Nelson’s beautiful heritage venues.

The Concert Lovers’ Pass is priced at $845 which is a $100 saving on the full price of premium seats to all the concerts.

Please note the programmes performed in the Up Close (country) concerts are performed in our regular venues on alternative days. The Concert Lovers’ Pass does not include entry to the Sotheby’s Gala Dinner, which needs to be booked separately.

Up Close with the Goldner Quartet and James Campbell

Experience James Campbell and the Goldner Quartet ‘Up Close’ and Nelson’s vineyard district ‘The Moutere’. After stopping at the award winning Hoglunds Glass studio we’ll enjoy a wonderful concert featuring James Campbell and the Goldner Quartet in a beautiful country church and then head off to Neudorf Winery for a picnic lunch.
