Philip Green graduated from Sydney Conservatorium, Sydney University after studying with Francesco Celata and Mark Walton. and has performed with several leading Australian and New Zealand orchestras including the Sydney Symphony, the Australian Chamber Orchestra and the Auckland Philharmonia.

He is Co-Principal Clarinet in the NZSO and has appeared as soloist with the NZSO and performs as part of the contemporary music ensemble Stroma.
